Paloma is a TV host, Radio presenter, Emcee and Columnist for the Indian Express.
Paloma began her career as a VJ with SS Music, South India’s premiere music and lifestyle channel. Some of the shows she hosted were Just Connect, First Frame, Autograph and Big Mouth, covering fashion, film and lifestyle. Everything from interacting with youngsters from across South India, to interviewing popular personalities from art and film, a list that includes A.R.Rahman, Kamal Hasan, Ashok Amritraj, Nandita Das, Manish Malhotra and Naseerudhin Shah.
She was a news anchor on NDTV Chennai along with hosting feature shows, The Big Pic and Shift Focus.
Paloma also played the role of RJ on Chennai Live 104.8 FM, hosting the primetime evening show Live Café, as well as Style Files and Out and About, keeping Chennai updated on the latest happenings in the city.
She does the same on paper, with her weekly column ‘Where was I’, in the Indian Express’ Indulge giving readers a ringside view of the latest events across the city, with her unique take on things.
Most recently Paloma has also forayed into the sports arena, hosting the Indian Premiere League as well as the Tamil Nadu Premiere League, an all-new cricket league, on Star Sports. Besides working alongside the greats, from Brett Lee and Matthew Hayden to Kris Srikkanth, Paloma got to experience just how electrifying live sporting action can be, watched by cricket fans not just in India, but all over the world.
Away from the screen Paloma loves hosting live stage events, and is one of South India’s most popular Emcees, having hosted more than 400 live events and stage shows, both in India and Internationally.
